It is necessary:
1 egg
3 spoons of semolina
Preparation
Beat the egg whites with a fork until foamy, then gently stir in the semolina until the mixture is smooth. Then stir in the yolks and when the mixture is well combined, use a spoon, previously warmed in boiling soup, to scoop the mixture and drop it into the boiling soup.
Cook the dumplings for 10-15 minutes in a gently simmering soup.
This is a basic measure, increase it if necessary. Salt is not necessary, the dumplings will absorb it from the soup. If you like harder dumplings, then spoons should be full to the top, and if you like soft ones, then flat spoons.
