It is necessary:
1 kg of hake
Spices:
- a bit of salt
- a little pepper with garlic
- a little fish seasoning
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 lemon
- a little dry herb seasoning
- 80 g margarine
- 2,5 dl of milk
- 40 g flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 bunch of dill or parsley
Preparation
Cut the hake into larger pieces and cook them in boiling water with the dried herbs, bay leaf and half a lemon juice. Cook for about 10 minutes.
Drain the cooked hake. While the hake is draining, prepare the dressing as follows. Fry the flour in margarine, add chopped dill or dill, pour in the milk, salt and simmer over low heat for up to 10 minutes.
Finally, add the egg yolks and lemon juice. Pour the resulting sauce over the hake pieces and serve.
