2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons of salted peanuts
4 spoons of grated cheese
3 spoons of sour cream
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 spoon of honey
salt to taste
<strong>Preparation: </strong>
Wash the sremuš leaves well and drain them. Add the sunflower seeds and blend together with the sremuš. Transfer to a larger bowl and add finely chopped peanuts, grated cheese, honey, lemon juice, sour cream and olive oil.
Add salt to taste and mix everything well.

Spicy food lovers can add hot pepper if desired, which you can finely chop or blend together with the sremuš.
