ingredients:
- 2 medium zucchini
- 150 g fresh cheese (or ricotta)
- 1 egg
- 1 clove of garlic (finely chopped or powdered)
- fresh parsley and basil
- olive oil
- Parmesan (or hard cheese) for sprinkling
<strong>Preparation: </strong>
Cut the zucchini lengthwise, hollow out the middle with a spoon.
In a bowl, mix the cheese, egg, chopped garlic and herbs.
Place the stuffed zucchini on a baking sheet, drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes - until golden brown.
They go great with yogurt with garlic and a slice of bread.
