Baking soda and water
Make a paste of baking soda and a little water.
Rub onto the utensils with a soft cloth or sponge.
Rinse well with warm water and wipe with a dry, soft cloth.
This is great for removing matte stains.
Vinegar and salt
Pour warm water and a cup of vinegar into a bowl, then add a tablespoon of salt.
Insert the accessories and leave for 10 to 15 minutes.
Then rinse it and wipe it dry.
It is an excellent solution for removing limescale and grease marks.
Lemon juice or zest
Cut a lemon and rub the utensils directly with the juice or zest.
Lemon dissolves oxidation and restores shine.
Then rinse with warm water and wipe with a cloth.
Beer or sparkling water
If you have beer or carbonated mineral water, put the utensils in for half an hour.
Rinse and wipe - the metal will get a special shine.
Polishing
After washing, always wipe the accessories well with a dry, soft cotton cloth (do not let them air dry).
For a final shine, you can also use a little olive oil on a cloth – a thin coating and polishing removes fingerprint stains.
If the utensils are made of stainless steel (inox) – stick to baking soda, vinegar, and lemon.
