Grilled fish (or oven, for city conditions)
ingredients:
fresh fish (sea bream, sea bass or mackerel)
olive oil
salt and pepper
garlic and parsley (finely chopped)
lemon
<strong>Preparation: </strong>
Clean the fish and dry it with a towel.
Rub salt and pepper inside and out.
Brush with olive oil.
Grill (or in the oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes).
Pour over a mixture of olive oil, garlic, parsley and a few drops of lemon.
If you don't have fresh sea fish, river fish (trout, carp) will do, as well as fillets from the market. Olive oil and lemon are essential, as they carry the Mediterranean spirit.
