Sex ranks high on the list of pleasures. However, as much as people love to have fun in the bedroom, let's be honest, there are some things that no one enjoys.
That's why the sex toy company Lovehoney conducted a survey among 3.000 adults who honestly revealed what they don't like during love making. Some answers will be familiar to you, and some will surprise you.
The most common thing women hate
A lack of self-confidence was found on the list, and 30 percent of women confirmed it. They say they worry too much about how they look during sex.
Likewise, women do not like it when sex ends too quickly, even 29 percent of them. Lack of self-confidence and short sex seem to have been a close battle among the survey participants. In addition, women do not like the lack of orgasm (28 percent), distraction (27 percent) and insufficient foreplay (24 percent).
What men hate
It's worst for men when sex ends too quickly, this was confirmed by 34 percent of male respondents.
The list of things that men don't like includes the inability to bring their partner to orgasm (30 percent), distractions (28 percent), lack of orgasm (21 percent).
It is interesting that what women do not like is not even on the list of what men hate. That's why it's time for women to stop being ashamed and worry about how they look.
The research did not look at why women are so insecure during sex, but it could be due to a number of factors - such as obsession with reputation during lovemaking and feeling pressured to reach orgasm only through penetration.
If lack of confidence is your biggest problem during sex, try to avoid it by focusing on pleasure. Don't think about how you look, whether you have visible cellulite or what will happen in the next 10 minutes. Just be in the moment and enjoy, and then doubts about your own appearance will disappear.
Mislite na sebe
Discover new erogenous zones on your body, but also on your partner's; if you are focused only on the genital areas, over time love making will turn into monotony.
Throw yourself into erotic literature. Choose passages that you like and that excite you and read them together with a partner.
Making love is not something you owe to your partner, but first of all it should be a pleasure for you.
