The members of the Management Board had the opportunity to be presented with advanced communication and presentation techniques by an expert in their field, Nikša Sviličić, in order to respond to all the challenges of modern management in the most constructive way and with a deep understanding of needs and expectations.
Assoc. prof. Ph.D. Nikša Sviličić is a three-time doctor of science, university professor, film director, writer and musician, winner of the Lifetime Achievement Award and, among other things, known to the public by the informal title "the most educated Croat". He is the co-owner and program director of the Proactiva business school, which offers a number of educations and programs designed for professional development.
This is one of a series of trainings that are implemented in the Company, it is invested in the professional development of employees, with the aim of their personal satisfaction and motivation, as well as strengthening the team through stronger ties and a stronger sense of belonging to the team.
