Continuous improvement is the key to success. Regardless of where you start your career, it is important that you commit to developing and creating new skills in each position. The lecture was organized as part of the eighth season of the Coca-Cola youth support initiative, in cooperation with the European Youth Card (EYCA) team and the Faculty of Economics of Montenegro, on the occasion of International Students' Day.

Radojević, in a crowded hall, showed the students his career path through a personal example, from the position of business development to the director of the Coca-Cola HBC Montenegro company, and pointed out in a useful way the challenges he faced in key positions in the sales sector. He motivated the students to be proactive and create opportunities for success themselves.

"You can reach a certain position or level if you are persistent and have a clearly set goal in front of you. Never give up on that goal. Every work experience, even during your studies, will be an additional ticket for your development and career building, up to the most important positions in sales. To achieve a goal, first clearly define it. Don't wait for opportunities to come by themselves - be the ones who seize the opportunities," said Radojević.

During the lecture, he placed special emphasis on practical examples and advice that provide students with an insight into the dynamic world of sales. He talked about factors that influence success, ways of monitoring market trends, as well as the importance of continuous adaptation to changes. He also encouraged students who are thinking about stepping into entrepreneurial waters after college to do so as soon as possible.

"Be bold and don't be afraid of that zone outside of comfort. Use every moment at the university to try your hand at professional papers, presentations and to gather the courage to stand in front of an audience. Be the one to look for opportunities. The key is to take the initiative and actively seek opportunities for your growth and development," said Radojević.

The lecture ended with the message that people are the key to any successful system, with advice to young people that, regardless of the type of work, they should always approach their work with dedication and integrity.

The Coca-Cola Youth Support Initiative announces more free educational workshops for the end of the year to empower young people on their way to their first career successes or the development of their own businesses.
