Like previous editions, The UniverCity continues to push the boundaries this year, bringing an authentic 'Amsterdam electronic vibe'. Amsterdam is, in short, a global hub for innovation, networking and promotion of electronic music, and The UniverCity 4, Podgorica presents three great names of the Amsterdam underground.
- Person & Content, DJ duo known for their energetic and uplifting sets, have been the leading clubbing impulse of the Dutch capital for years.
- MOOR, deep house & techno performer, internationally present, and known locally for his exceptional performances.
- They represent Podgorica at this edition of the festival April 60 – KRŠ residents, Nikola Dobričanin and Stefan Bulatović.
Crnogorski Telekom has been actively supporting urban cultural expression and the electronic scene for decades, primarily through Telekom Electronic Beats, Deutsche Telekom's globally recognized music program.

This year, Crnogorski Telekom is sponsoring a series of events and activities organized by KRŠ Produkcija and the Student Cultural Center.
