The location of the Fidija Terraces residential complex offers excellent connectivity and modern infrastructure. A ring of roads is planned around the facility in accordance with the Detailed Urban Plan (DUP), and the expansion of the main road (II Crnogorskog bataljona Street), which connects the Zagorič settlement with other parts of the city, is also planned. In the settlement itself, as well as in the immediate surroundings, there are numerous state and private kindergartens, and next to the location of the facility, there is the recently built and equipped Zagorič Park, ideal for rest and recreation. The residential complex consists of two underground floors and six above-ground levels. The underground floors connect the two buildings and contain technical rooms, service functions and 199 parking spaces. The ground floor is a mixed-use building, with commercial spaces that have direct access to the street, while the residential spaces are set back in quieter areas. The floors contain a total of 172 residential units of various structures, from one-bedroom to three-bedroom apartments.
Inspiring and dynamic form
The complex consists of two identical L-shaped buildings, oriented to create a dynamic spiral space. The cascading structure on the shorter arms allows for better lighting of the residential units facing the inner courtyard and opens up views of the surroundings.
Harmonious and minimalist exterior
The facade of the building is shaped by horizontal white rings that encompass the building. Between the rings are beige strips with facade openings, made of listel and demit. This harmony of white and beige gives the building an elegant and modern look, creating an attractive architecture for residents and passers-by, while at the same time contributing to the aesthetic identity of the local environment.
Cascading structure with green accents
The architecture of the complex is distinguished by its cascading retreat, which creates a dynamic and attractive appearance, unique in its surroundings. The terraces are equipped with planters, which enrich the space with greenery. The vegetation gradually "climbs" along the facade, providing a contrast to the light tones, while at the same time offering natural protection from the sun and creating a pleasant microclimate.

In the Fidija Terraces complex, careful design provides plenty of light and open views. All residential units, especially those on the higher floors, have views of various attractive points of Podgorica, including Gorica Hill, the Millennium Bridge, the Morača Riverbed, the confluence of the Zeta River into the Morača River, Malo Brdo, the Duklja site, the Rogame settlement, Trijebač Hill, the new Zain Park settlement, the northern part of the Zagorič settlement, the Zlatica settlement and the silhouette of the urban core of the city.
