The merger of Montenomaks and Nelt MNE (formerly Neregelia) into a single business entity is a key step in strengthening the market position of this economic entity in Montenegro. It is an integration that contributes to even more efficient management of business operations, process optimization, as well as expanding the range of services that Nelt MNE provides to its partners.
This is the key message of the two-day event, held at the Hilton Hotel in Podgorica, on the occasion of the presentation of a new chapter in the business of this company, which is part of the renowned Nelt Group. Representatives of state institutions, business associations and the media had a unique opportunity to learn more about the operations of Nelt Group in all markets, the integration process of Montenomaks and Nelt MNE, as well as the vision and further strategic plans.

Through the integration, we want to better and more simply manage our overall resources, improve logistics operations and services, as well as the synergy between distribution and 3PL logistics. The process was not easy, but we managed to complete it with quality thanks to all our employees, as well as the support of all state institutions and business partners. We owe them all great gratitude, and the road to even greater success lies ahead of us, with the dedicated work and effort of all of us", she ordered Pimple.
Speaking at the event were also: Luka Šaponjić - Owner's Office Manager and Co-Owner of Nelt Group, Goran Cerovina - Vice President of Nelt Group for Adria Markets, Milenko Popović - Logistics Manager Nelt MNE and Vaso Cvijović - Sales Manager Nelt MNE. They presented key business segments to business partners and the media and reminded them of the upcoming, largest investment cycle in Nelt's history.
Namely, over the next three years, 100 million euros will be invested in new logistics infrastructure in the markets of Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia and Zambia. These investments further confirm Nelt Group's commitment to developing modern and efficient logistics systems, using the latest technologies and innovations.
As a reminder, the companies Montenomaks and Nelt MNE (formerly Neregelia) were officially integrated into one legal entity on January 1, 2025 and have been operating under one name since then – Nelt MNE. The company currently employs almost 400 people and cooperates with more than 3.000 clients in the field of logistics, while it operates with more than 600 customers in the field of distribution.
