The deadline for submitting project proposals is June 30, 2025 at 13 p.m.The total value of available European Union grants is 21,87 million euros.
The call includes the following priorities and specific objectives:
Priority 1 – Supporting a Smarter Adriatic-Ionian Region
- Specific objective 1.1: Strengthening innovation capacities
Priority 2 – Supporting a greener, more climate-resilient Adriatic-Ionian Region
- Specific objective 2.1: Increasing resilience to climate change, natural and man-made disasters
- Specific objective 2.3: Support for environmental protection and preservation
Priority 3 – Supporting a more connected and carbon-neutral Adriatic-Ionian Region
- Specific objective 3.1: Strengthening smart mobility systems with zero carbon emissions

If you need an opinion on your project idea, the Joint Secretariat of the Interreg IPA ADRION programme will be available for consultations every Thursday and Friday from 10 am to 12 pm, starting from 19 May 2025 until the closing of the Call. You can book an appointment for consultations by sending an email to ipa-adrion@regione.emilia-romagna.it, with a duly completed application form.
The Info Day in Montenegro will be held on Monday, May 12th in Podgorica, starting at 10 am. The rules for application will be presented at the Info Day, as well as the steps in preparing a project proposal. You can register to attend the Info Day here here.
The Interreg IPA ADRION programme focuses on cooperation between countries in the Adriatic-Ionian region. In addition to Montenegro, it also includes Greece, Croatia, Italy, Slovenia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, San Marino, North Macedonia and Serbia.
