After a successful first season, the global Visa She's Next initiative returns to Montenegro on May 7th, ready to launch a new generation of female entrepreneurs. This year's program, in collaboration with NLB Bank and implementing partner Digitalizuj.me, will run from May to August 2025 and will feature eight thematic workshops, mentoring for 28 selected participants, six top mentors, and more than 1000 hours of direct mentoring support.
The program is designed to address the real challenges faced by women in business and provide them with the tools needed for growth and development, both personally and professionally.
A new chapter of the initiative is opened by Aleksandra Bezmarević Stević
The new season will open. May 7, 2025 at the Hilton Hotel in Podgorica, starting at 17 p.m.At the introductory event, participants will have the opportunity to listen to a lecture by Aleksandra Bezmarević Stević, owner of the agency Dream Maker and influencer with more than 128 followers. Aleksandra will talk about developing a personal brand, the importance of authenticity in business, and how to recognize and seize market opportunities. Her lecture will not be just a theoretical presentation, but an honest story about the challenges, milestones, and values that shaped her entrepreneurial journey. In addition to Aleksandra, other speakers from the fields of art, design, the food industry, marketing, and finance are expected, who will be introduced to the public in the coming days.
