Idea-CG, a member of the Fortenova Group, within the framework of the Top Business Montenegro initiative, and based on the official business results of the companies, has been declared the largest employer in Montenegro, with more than 2500 employees across the country. This recognition is a confirmation of many years of investment in people, the development of the retail network and the creation of a working environment in which careers are built and nurtured.
From the first day of its existence, Idea-CG has had a clear mission – to be more than a retailer. Today, with over 2500 employees, more than 180 stores in all Montenegrin municipalities and over 100.000 customers daily, the company represents an important pillar of the domestic economy and community.

As a reminder, the Employers' Union of Montenegro recognized the achievements that Idea-CG made during the previous year in improving working conditions for all employees, and recently awarded the company an award in the "Care for Employees" category.
This award is of exceptional importance, not only because it went to the largest employer in the country, but also because trade in this sense represents a very demanding activity, and it additionally emphasizes the importance of continuous investments in improving working conditions, as well as a dedicated and fair relationship with all employees.
