As part of the final day of the CIM Forum, the Kotor Cultural Center hosted the CIM & Neuro Awards ceremony, an awards ceremony that celebrates creativity, strategic thinking, and authentic communication approaches. In an atmosphere that brought together professionals, visionaries, and young talents from across the region, the awards were presented to those whose work marked the past year.
A total of 11 awards were given for the best campaigns and agencies, and CIM Foruma Grand Prix 2025. it belonged to the agency McCann Skopje for the campaign "Startup Garage"The same team also won awards Agency of the Year i Best Innovative Media Format, confirming its regional creative significance.
In the category Creative Powerhouse, was awarded National Tourist Organization of Montenegro for the campaign "Uncover your wild side", while in CSR award category belonged CKB bank for their strategies and projects in 2024.
Agency Aquarius Group She received three awards: Regional Trailblazer for the radio campaign "Let the dream become the day – Fabrika Coffee", Purpose Hero for the campaign "Let's not close our eyes - Mtel BIH" i Social Media Maverick for the same radio campaign for Fabrika Coffee.
Zoo agency Zagreb she won a prize Community Builder for an innovative project "Little Beasts AR", while McCann Belgrade with campaigns "Swear to the law" i "Plasma crumbs of patience" took the titles Impact Champion i The Game Changer.
Within Neuro Award, which CIM Forum is implementing in cooperation with Prosperous and under the leadership Dalibor Šumiga, highlighted campaigns that used neuromarketing to gain a deeper understanding of consumer behavior. Campaigns implemented with modest budgets, including those from Montenegro, were particularly notable, and the winners were decided exclusively by an expert committee.

- Silver belonged to the agency White za "Sweet excuses by Dolcela",
- dok je Bronze belonged to the campaign "Cash credit" CKB Bank.
A particularly emotional moment of the evening was the "Hug" award ceremony. Ani Mihajlovski, for the way she communicates vulnerability, empathy, and strength through her work.
Certificates of appreciation and recognition were presented to to the Forum volunteers, who with their energy and dedication ensured that the event ran flawlessly, as well as female students of the Faculty of Media and Communications, who, through their work at the Forum, "passed the exam" in creativity, teamwork, responsibility and empathy in real conditions.
At the end of the evening, lifetime achievement award it is assigned Nadežda Nadi Radović, journalists, editors and professors whose work symbolizes heritage, integrity and dedication to the profession, the story of a city and its spirit.
The ceremony once again confirmed the position of the CIM Forum as a relevant platform that brings together the best from the world of CommunicAsia, while at the same time providing a space for the exchange of knowledge, inspiration and development of a new generation of professionals.
