With a spectacular celebration in the magical surroundings of Crmnica, the Voli company marked its 30th anniversary, in the presence of key people who created its success – from the founders and first workers to today's 2.500 employees. The evening was marked by performances by Dino Merlin, Ivana Banfić and Kolonija, and recognitions for deserving members of the Voli family.
The ceremony began with a moving performance by Lucija and Luka Bokan, who performed the Montenegrin anthem and a special toast with the lyrics:
"And may luck follow you and wealth live in every home!".m
The representative of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Paul Foley, congratulated all employees on this important anniversary in a video address and said: "Thirty 30 years of Voli is a story of courage, small steps and togetherness. By joining this project, we have confirmed our trust in a vision that changes the rules."
Dragan Bokan: Our strength is in our people!
The company's president, Dragan Bokan, thanked his great Voli team:

We will also celebrate the company's anniversary by rewarding loyalty and decades of dedication. We have allocated a budget of one million euros and as many as 800 employees will be rewarded.
I have another piece of news of particular importance, and that is that we have allocated one million euros for private health insurance for employees. The company has introduced private health insurance for all permanent employees, which allows free use of health services in a network of over 80 institutions throughout Montenegro, within an annual limit of 1000 euros per person.

The most emotional moment of the evening was the presentation of awards for long-term attendance and contribution to the company, which were received by Duška Đurović, executive director, Petar Pero Radulović, designer, and Voli's first employees.
The culmination of the celebration was a concert by Dino Merlin, with whose songs the Voli team stepped into a new chapter, celebrating the spirit of togetherness, love and belonging.
