The second edition of the evening dedicated to top cuisine – The Chefs’ Night Vol. 2 – brings together two exceptional names from the regional gastronomic scene: David Simunic, executive chef of the Square Nine Hotel in Belgrade, and Petar Corkovic, resident chef of the Swissôtel Resort Kolašin.
David, a former architecture student, is now one of the region's most exciting chefs, Michelin-recommended and awarded Chef of the Future by Gault & Millau. He is known for drawing every dish he makes!
His collaboration with Petar Ćorković for this occasion results in an exclusive Modern Balkan menu, designed as a gastronomic drawing that combines emotion, aesthetics and local ingredients. The evening will be further enriched by carefully paired wines from selected wineries. And that's not all, each Chef's Night edition promises to bring together the most important names in the culinary scene of this part of Europe.
Mountain Brunch
Starting Sunday, June 22nd, a new tradition begins at Swissôtel: Mountain Brunch, designed in the spirit of the hotel's Vitality concept. A Sunday ritual of taste, a relaxed atmosphere and healing views, created for all lovers of balance, local ingredients and a modern approach to gastronomy.
