The program was structured through five thematic units: protection of persons and property, protection and rescue, fire protection, occupational safety and safety behavior analysis, which were included in the program for the first time this year, following current challenges in the field of security.
The meeting was opened by:
• Dragan Radulović, President of the Association of Security Managers of Montenegro
• Dragana Kažanegra Stanišić, State Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Montenegro
• Prof. Dr. Mladen Perazić, Director of the Education and Quality Sector of the Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro
• Zlatko Popović, Chief Inspector of Occupational Safety and Health of the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Welfare of Montenegro
In the working part of the consultations, through expert presentations and exchange of experiences, institutional frameworks, legal competencies and practical solutions in all the aforementioned areas were presented.
In the session dedicated to protection and rescue, they spoke:
• Miodrag Bešović, General Director of the Directorate for Protection and Rescue of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Montenegro
• Ljuban Tmušić, Head of the Directorate for Civil Protection and Disaster Risk Reduction
The following spoke about the application of legal regulations in the field of protection of persons and property:
• Zoran Kujović, Director General of the Directorate for Security and Surveillance Affairs
• Veselin Rmuš, authorized person of the Directorate for Supervision in the Field of Protection of Persons and Property and Detective Activities
• Dejan Golubović, Head of the Department for Protection of Persons and Property and Detective Activities of the Police Directorate
• Milan Baltić and Mladen Bulatović, Association of Security Managers of Montenegro
The following participated in the block on fire protection and occupational safety:
• Zlatko Popović, Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Welfare
• Goran Samardžić, Head of the Technical Documentation Department of the Protection and Rescue Directorate
• Miroslav Jaredić, specialist in fire protection and occupational safety from the Association of Safety Managers of Montenegro
He spoke about the importance of behavioral security analysis in a corporate context:
• Mirko Zorić, trainer and founder of the Center for Behavioral Research "Valentis"
A special segment "Partnership in Practice" was dedicated to technical innovations and modern solutions in the field of equipment, surveillance and information technologies. Representatives of the company Antenall presented advanced Hikvision body and dash cameras, designed to improve the efficiency and transparency of the work of security services. Also, the Slovenian company CREAPLUS, a regional distributor of the information security platform CORO, presented a new platform for managing cyber risks and raising awareness about information security, intended for small and medium-sized organizations.
The expert consultations brought together representatives of numerous institutions and companies, including: Port of Bar, Airports of Montenegro, Montenegrin Electricity Transmission System, Electric Power Company of Montenegro, Port of Budva, Coal Mine, Erste Bank, Hipotekarna Bank, Adriatic Bank, Hotel Mamula, Hotel Hayat, Hotel Maestral, Hotel Regent, Budva Riviera, "Simo Milošević" Institute, Ministry of Internal Affairs of Montenegro, National Security Agency, Police Academy, Police Directorate, Maritime Security Directorate, Marina Bar, Hemosan, Montenegro Defence Industry, One Montenegro, Čikom, Antenall, Alarm Automatika, Albo MNE, MMK Control, Netcom, Regius, Vector System Security, CSP Security, Gold Security, Protector MNE, Novi Sjever Mont, Regional Water Supply, Municipal Services Bar, Water Supply Bar, Knauf Insulation and B-One.
With this event, the Association of Security Managers of Montenegro once again confirmed its role as a key actor in the development of a modern, functional and sustainable security system, based on knowledge, professional exchange and a responsible approach.
