In an effort to constantly improve its offer and improve service for a large segment of travel insurance clients, UNIQA has expanded the Telemedicine service as an innovative solution that is in line with the modern needs of clients who spend their vacation or trip abroad. Online consultation with a doctor is automatically included in all travel insurance packages and is carried out with doctors from the wide UNIQA network of healthcare institutions, at times chosen by the client, via video call, phone or chat, in our language. They cover a wide range of health concerns, and during consultations, patients can receive advice, diagnosis, and recommendations for treatment of various illnesses.
Accordingly, our new service Telemedicine - online consultation with a doctor with travel insurance is here to provide clients with an even better experience by combining the latest technologies, digitalization, and traditional medicine and help them take the best care of their health while abroad, making their vacation and travel abroad as carefree as possible.
Using Telemedicine and online consultations is very simple.By concluding a travel insurance policy, the client acquires the right to use the free Telemedicine service. Telemedicine is activated by prompt Help Center Contact at the phone number + 381 11 36 36 955 or by sending a message to Viber account Coris Serbia, after which the client enters into written communication with the operator, after which he will receive a link for an internet call. A free internet call with the operator can be established and by scanning the QR code which is on the travel insurance policy.
After describing the health problem that has arisen, Contact Center operators will offer the option of online consultations with a doctor from Montenegro, where the client can choose the desired options and schedule consultation appointments. For all other cases, clients are referred to the nearest healthcare institution, as before, and the costs to the healthcare institution are paid directly by UNIQA.
