On the eve of the fair, September 24th at the hotel Hilton in Nagoya, was held business workshop which was attended by representatives of Montenegro together with about fifty of the most important Japanese travel agents and tour operators, with the support of European partners. Many participants showed interest in Montenegro, and the meetings contributed to strengthening cooperation and creating new business opportunities.

After the Nagoya fair, Montenegro will also be presented at World Exhibition EXPO 2025 in Osaka, where on September 29th, he will be part of a VIP event in the Europe Pavilion. On that occasion, representatives of Montenegro will participate in panel discussions on the topics of "Unbalanced Tourism and Dispersion of Flows" and "The Role of Public-Private Partnerships for Sustainable Growth". The event will bring together representatives of the most important Japanese and European institutions and organizations, including the Japan Tourism Agency (JTA), Japan Association of Travel Agents (JATA), JTB Corporation, Japan Outbound Tourism Council (JOTC), Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) and the European Travel Commission (ETC).
