The prize game is organized for the purpose of promoting P&G brands and products, and the goal of this prize game is to stimulate the sale of the aforementioned products in Hard Discount Laković retail stores in Montenegro, which have the aforementioned products in their assortment. The prize game is intended for the entertainment of participants and for generating profit on products and services.

The right to participate
All natural persons aged 18 and over, residents of Montenegro, hereinafter referred to as "Participants", who accept the conditions of these Rules, have the right to participate in the prize draw.
By purchasing any products, mentioned in Article 5, on one fiscal account with a minimum value of 12,99 EUR. Participants have the opportunity to participate in the prize game, by filling in their personal data and phone number on the back of the fiscal receipt and depositing the receipt in the prize boxes, which will be placed in all HDL retail stores. The participants of the prize game will be able to deposit their fiscal accounts in the prize boxes from 06.10.2025/30.11.2025/XNUMX. until XNUMX. excluding Sunday, when retail establishments are closed. By participating in the prize draw, Participants confirm that they are familiar with the provisions of these Rules and express their agreement with respect to the same. Employees of the Organizer of the prize draw, HDL DOO Podgorica, as well as members of their immediate family (children, parents, brothers/sisters or spouses) are not entitled to participate in the prize draw.

The method of conducting the prize game
The prize draw is organized for the products mentioned in Article 5 on the territory of Montenegro, in certain facilities/periods defined in Article 3, and will be conducted through the model of depositing bills in prize boxes.
To participate in the prize draw, each interested adult, a person who is entitled to participate in this prize draw (as explained in Article 6 of these Rules), must purchase any P&G products mentioned in Article 5, during the prize draw period, on one fiscal receipt in the value of at least EUR 12,99. Participants have the opportunity to participate in the prize draw by filling in their personal information and phone number on the back of the fiscal receipt and depositing the receipt in the prize boxes.
One Participant can deposit multiple different accounts and increase the chance of winning a prize, but one Participant can only win one prize.
Submitting an incorrect, incomplete or otherwise incorrect account, failure to meet any other entry requirements (including not reaching the age limit, etc.) will result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes and forfeiture of the right to win a prize.
The right to participate is not granted to employees of the Organizer, HDL DOO Podgorica, as well as members of their immediate family (children, spouses and parents).

Method of drawing and announcing the winner
All boxes with receipts will be collected in one place after the end of the prize game, where the final draw and verification of the prize winners will be held on August 08.12.2025, XNUMX.
The winner drawing will take place at the Organizer's headquarters at 4. jula bb in the lobby of the HDL – ZABJELO retail facility.
The regularity of the draw itself will be monitored by a three-member committee consisting of:

The commission will monitor the correctness of the prize game and the drawing of winners and draw official records in accordance with the law.
There will be no winner draw during the duration of the prize game, but all winners will be drawn after the end of the prize game on August 08.12.2025, 12, with the draw starting at 00:XNUMX p.m.
The names of the winners will be submitted to the Gambling Authority within the prescribed legal deadline, and the list will also be published in daily newspapers and on the "Vijesti" portal after verification and announcement of all winners, in accordance with the Law.
Prizes can be delivered after submitting the name to the Gaming Authority, at a time previously agreed upon between the winner and the Organizer.
The prize fund worth more than EUR 500, which is not distributed after the end of the prize game, is obliged to be sold by the prize game organizer at a public auction, and the funds generated from the sale must be paid into the budget of Montenegro within 90 days of the expiration of the deadline for collecting the prizes.

Notification for winners and prize collection
The Organizer will contact the winner for further verification process. The winner must provide an identification document. If the Participant is not available for contact after 24 hours for any reason that is not and cannot be within the Organizer's area of responsibility, he/she loses the right to the prize and it is transferred to the reserve winner, in accordance with Article 8. The Organizer has no further liability towards this Participant.
The prizes will be awarded in HDL retail stores. When awarding the prize, the winner must show an identification document. Awarding the prize to a third party is only possible with a notarized power of attorney.
The handover record will be signed upon delivery.
Claiming the prize after the 10-day period will only be possible if previously agreed upon by the Organizer and the prize winner. If any of the prize winners does not comply with these Rules regarding the claim of prizes, and does not claim the prize under the stated conditions, it will be considered that they have waived their right to the prize.

The total value of all prizes is 29109,7 EUR including VAT. The total number of prizes is 31. The organizer undertakes not to give multiple prizes or different types of prizes. The prize fund consists of the following prizes:

Presentation of the prize game to the participants
Contest participants will be informed about the rules of the contest, the prize pool and the conditions for participation through information points of sale as well as through promotional materials in retail stores.
These Prize Game Rules enter into force and produce legal consequences upon receipt of the Consent from the Montenegrin Gaming Authority.
The rules approved by the Gaming Authority will be published in the daily newspaper Vijesti, before the start of the prize game, but after receiving the Consent to start the prize game from the Gaming Authority.

In accordance with these Rules, the Organizer has the right to check whether the prescribed conditions for participation have been met and whether the Participant is qualified to claim the prize. After the prize is awarded, the Organizer has no further liability towards the winner regarding the use of the prize, except for the responsibilities prescribed in these Rules. The Organizer is not responsible and will not compensate for any additional costs of claiming the prize, such as transportation costs or any other costs (e.g. registration, additional taxes, etc.), as well as any other implementation costs that the Organizer has not accepted in these Rules or in a separately signed contract with the winner. The Organizer is not responsible for any obstacles that will prevent the winner from claiming or using the prize.
The results for determining the winner are final. If the winner wishes, the prize may be given to someone else or transferred in accordance with the law, but it cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.

Consent to the processing of personal data
By participating in the prize game, participants give their consent that their personal data provided to the Organizer may be used for the purposes of this prize game without any spatial or temporal restrictions. By participating in person, each participant gives their personal consent to the Organizer to legally use their data for the purpose of organizing this prize game. In accordance with the Organizer's legal obligations, the personal data of the winners will be forwarded to the Gambling Authority. The Organizer will not use this data in any unauthorized manner and will use it only for the purposes of organizing this competition. All personal data of the Participants of this prize game will be used only in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. 79/08 of 23.12.2008, 70/09 of 21.10.2009, 44/12 of 09.08.2012).

Taxes
The tax on profits from games of chance is collected by the Organizer, in accordance with the law.
The Organizer guarantees that the awarding of prizes will be carried out in accordance with these Rules.

Filing a complaint
Participants in this prize game have the right to file a complaint with the organizer of this prize game within 5 days from the date of the winner's announcement to the e-mail address marketing@hd-lakovic.meThe organizer is obliged to respond to the complaint within 7 days of receiving the complaint.
Member of 16.
Trade Secret
Employees of the Organizer and the manufacturer are obliged to keep the following information as a trade secret: information about the participants (their number, their identity and all other personal data), the method of organizing the prize game and the financial result of the Organizer's work. The above information may be forwarded to third parties by the Organizer only in the manner prescribed by law.

Cancellation of the prize draw
The prize draw may be cancelled in the event of force majeure, including the Organizer's inability to organize the prize draw as a result of events beyond its control.
Member of 18.
Disputes
In the event of a dispute between the Organizer and the Participants of this prize game, such disputes will be resolved amicably.
If the parties fail to reach a mutual understanding, the court in Podgorica will have jurisdiction over any dispute between the Organizer and the Contest Participant.
