He attended the signing Prime Minister of Montenegro Milojko Spajić, whose presence further confirms the strategic importance of this document for the future development of the energy sector of Montenegro and the direction in which EPCG is moving towards green transition and sustainable growth.
The Executive Director of EPCG, Ivan Bulatović, emphasized that this Memorandum represents an important step towards the energy transition and modernization of the production system, especially in the context of the operation of the Pljevlja Thermal Power Plant:
"The signing of this Memorandum confirms EPCG's commitment to actively participate in the decarbonization and modernization of production capacities. By partnering with E2S Power, we are opening up the possibility of applying advanced technologies that will enable more efficient use of energy and reduction of CO₂ emissions," said Bulatović.
The CEO of E2S Power AG, Dr. Saša Savić, expressed his satisfaction with the start of cooperation with EPCG and highlighted Montenegro's potential to become an example of a successful energy transition in the region:
