This year, UNIQA becomes the official insurer of the European Men's Water Polo Championship (EWC), a prestigious competition that brings the continent's best teams to Belgrade and is one of the most important sporting events in 2026. The 2026 European Men's Water Polo Championship will be held in Belgrade from 10 to 25 January, when the Belgrade Arena will host 16 of the best European teams, including Montenegro. This is the third time that Belgrade has hosted the largest continental water polo competition (after 2006 and 2016), once again confirming its status as one of the most important centers of European water polo.
