Since its founding in 1995, Voli has strived to include and encourage women in all areas of business. With 1,581 women in the company, of which over 1,200 in retail and hospitality, they make up the dominant majority. Women are the pillars of Voli, as well as our communities, which they demonstrate with their strength, courage and perseverance. They are found in all positions and are involved in all sectors, and some of them also make up the management structure: 176 women in management positions, 71 in management and 5 women in top management. In this way, they demonstrate female leadership, which differs from male leadership in empathy and inclusion. Female solidarity, understanding and compassion are the strengths that make a good team and create a sense of belonging to the company. Of course, among them are those who are particularly brave, courageous and determined, who are no different from strong male leaders. We are especially proud of our female leaders, who are the face of Voli.

Women have been with us since the very beginning and were included in the company's first team. Currently, the longest-serving woman in the company is Voli, who has been part of our team since 1997. Our mission is to retain hard-working women and enable them to develop professionally and privately. Hard work and dedication are recognized here, as evidenced by the numerous promotions that take place every year. In 2025 alone, 17 women were promoted from retail and sales positions to cashiers, shift managers, calculators, and in the accounting department. We strive to develop and reward hard-working employees and let them know that their work is appreciated.

We value commitment and are proud to have employees who work for us even in their older years. The oldest employee at Voli is 72 years old, but she still makes important decisions every day as the head of a retail store. This proves that even in our older years, we can significantly contribute to the work environment and community. We also encourage young ladies who want to work, create and earn money. Our youngest employee is only 17 years old, and with her work she is a role model for all younger generations. We try to encourage and motivate the younger generations so that they can start earning money and creating a better life for themselves as young ladies.

Voli also writes the most beautiful love stories – during our 30 years of business, we have witnessed numerous love stories that blossomed in the workplace and created families. As an example, we can cite our colleagues from Podgorica, Marko Đukanović and his wife Marijana Đukanović. They both started with seasonal work in Radanovići and that is where their love story began. They met as colleagues at work, grew together and built their professional path, and today they are building their family home. They state that Voli provided them with supportive circumstances for creating a family. We witness wonderful stories and experiences that show that the workplace can also be a great opportunity for a new love beginning. Voli as a system is one big family, and it gives us great pleasure that employees in our company come together and create warm homes. Throughout our 30 years of existence, large families have been created and grown in our company.
We are proud that Voli is full of capable women, who, with their hard work and compassion, can be a role model and inspiration to the entire society. We admire their strength, perseverance and numerous other virtues with which they beautify and improve our stores, offices, company and community.
Feminism has brought women many new opportunities, but also responsibilities. We have been enabled to work and earn money, but it has also imposed an additional expectation and burden – business. Women are increasingly expected to be housewives, well-groomed, beautiful, business women, good mothers and wives, and to do it all with a smile. These expectations are almost impossible to meet, which creates an additional burden. That is why we admire women who achieve everything – and those who do it in their own way. It is important to keep in mind that as women, we can do everything ourselves, but we also don't have to.
The strength of women lies precisely in our empathy, commitment and reliability. And togetherness makes us even stronger. The strength of the collective lies in people – in every individual, and especially in every hardworking woman who creates her and our better tomorrow.
