Scandinavian architecture and ambiance
The project is being designed by a renowned Swedish architectural firm. Semrén & MånssonThe main idea is the seamless integration of contemporary architecture into the natural landscape of Tivat. The concept is based on the principles of biophilic design and the philosophy of the "City-Park".
The project radically solves the parking problem: 100% of cars are placed in an underground garage, which preserves the peace and safety of pedestrians in the settlement. The internal territory is entirely dedicated to residents - it is a cascade of green recreation areas, swimming pools and children's playgrounds.
Transformation of the settlement
The implementation of Boka Verde is aligned with the municipality's plans for infrastructure modernization. The Župa location is being transformed into a prestigious green neighborhood with a unique architectural concept, where Boka Verde will be the first implemented project of the new standard.
Investor statements

Project status
The project will be implemented in two phases, with the first phase scheduled for completion in 2027 and the second in 2028.
