Lovćen banka AD Podgorica (Lovćen banka) has successfully completed a share issue, in which the new shareholder Sparkassen International Development Trust GmbH (SIDT) acquired a 4.85% ownership stake in the bank. SIDT belongs to the German Sparkassen Finance Group, which is the largest financial group in Europe with more than 340 Sparkassen members.
The entry of a new shareholder represents a strong confirmation of confidence in the stability, strategic direction and long-term potential of the bank.
