The company has grown into an international investor and developer, recognized for the implementation of complex and high-quality projects, both in the residential, hotel and commercial segments. The company's founder, Numan Bajramovic, built ALK Group into one of the dominant construction and investment companies on the Russian market. His vision, focused on quality, reliability and long-term value, laid the foundation for further development. Today, the company is led by his son, Adnan Bajramovic, which continues the family tradition, but also introduces a modern management approach, focused on international standards and strategic business expansion.

The rebranding involves a complete upgrade of the facility, with a focus on luxury, comfort and an exclusive guest experience, thereby further strengthening the presence of global hotel brands in the Montenegrin market.
The company has also achieved notable results in the residential and commercial real estate segments. During the previous year, around 100,000 properties were sold in Montenegro. 4.000 square meters, in a total value of 18,2 million euros, while at the group level, with Serbia and Russia, 42.000 square meters were sold. In Serbia, ALK Group is developing projects in Palić, Zlatibor and Pančevo, and soon in Belgrade, with a focus on contemporary architecture, functional design and long-term value for investors and local communities.
The results achieved and the continuous growth were one of the key reasons why the central part of the event in Budva was dedicated to the company's agents and partners, as an important segment of the sales strategy.
