At the ceremony marking 35 years of business, Delta Holding presented the company's path, achieved results and plans for the coming period through a review of three and a half decades of development, confirming its position as one of the key business systems in Serbia and the region, with a significant contribution to the development of the domestic economy.
Through various economic cycles, Delta Holding has developed its business activities in Serbia, the region, as well as in the markets of Europe, China and Russia. Over the years, the company has developed businesses that have reached market maturity in their fields, and today are part of large international systems, including Banca Intesa, Generali and the retail chain within the Delhaize Group.
Geographic diversification, portfolio breadth and long-term thinking have enabled the company to build a stable and resilient business system, capable of adapting to changes and at the same time contributing to economic development. This approach was confirmed in 2025. Delta Holding achieved record results – revenue of almost 1,1 billion euros, with a growth of 16%, while EBITDA amounted to 136 million euros, which represents a growth of 20%. In the same period, 240 million euros were paid into the budget of the Republic of Serbia. Today, the company employs almost 6.000 employees, of which 1.680 are younger than 35 years old, and systematic investment in human resources and management development is one of the key development levers.

We are proud of the contribution we have made to the development of the markets of both Serbia and the region," Milka Vojvodić, CEO and Senior Vice President of the company, emphasized at the ceremony, thanking everyone who has built Delta over the past 35 years.
A new investment cycle until 2028, worth more than a billion euros, has also been announced, and is focused on real estate, digital commerce, and agriculture as key pillars of the next phase of growth.
Delta Holding is recording strong results across all its businesses. Sava Centar has solidified Belgrade's position as an international congress and business destination, with more than 800.000 visitors since its reopening. In the real estate sector, the company is investing in the Delta District, Delta Iron and Delta Land projects, while the InterContinental Belgrade hotel is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026.
Delta Agrar is the largest producer and distributor of wheat and barley in Serbia, with continuous modernization of production, digitalization and expansion of irrigated areas.
Ananas has positioned itself as a regional leader in the e-commerce market. With more than 1.200.000 different items, as well as the use of state-of-the-art tools, Ananas continues to set standards in the field of digital commerce.
Delta DMD is one of the leading distributors on the market, as confirmed by the recognition of Diageo, which declared Delta DMD Partner of the Year among 35 countries. Delta Transport System has expanded its operations to North Macedonia and Albania, thus integrating seven countries in the region.
Delta Auto Group is a leader in the car, motorcycle and commercial vehicle segments. BMW is in first place in the premium segment, with a position among the five best-selling brands in the overall market.
Delta Holding was the first company in Serbia to bring back the concept of endowment and donated three significant endowments to Serbia, two in Belgrade and one in Kragujevac. It has received more than 50 domestic and international awards for its sustainable and socially responsible business.
Delta Holding is entering the next phase of development with clear development priorities, strong investment plans and the ambition to continue to be one of the key drivers of economic development in Serbia and the region.
