During the campaign, all users whose previous agreements from previous cycles are expiring, as well as new households that wish to join, can take advantage of this benefit and conclude a new Agreement under special conditions.
Who can participate?
All households that pay an amount equal to or greater than the amount of the last invoice whose due date has expired by the date of conclusion of the Agreement are entitled to connection.
What are the benefits? Households that join the campaign are entitled to: • Repayment of previous debt in fixed monthly installments of 20 euros, • Suspension of the calculation of default interest, • Protection from forced collection, as long as the Agreement is duly respected.
The maximum number of installments is 22, and if the debt is less than 440 euros, the number of installments is determined proportionally (e.g. a debt of 320 euros is repaid in 16 monthly installments of 20 euros each).
What about disconnected users? Users who are currently disconnected from the network can also join the campaign, provided that, in addition to meeting the basic criteria, they also pay the costs of reconnecting.
