The event, which over the years has become a recognizable platform for connecting VIVAX representatives with business partners, once again emphasized the importance of cooperation, innovation and joint market development, with a strong focus on improving the user experience throughout the entire product life cycle.
During the event, participants had the opportunity to attend a series of expert lectures dedicated to the latest technologies and solutions in the HVAC segment, with a special emphasis on the development of residential air conditioning, advanced VRF systems, heat pumps and ESS energy storage systems, which are becoming an increasingly important part of a modern and sustainable energy infrastructure.
In addition to technological innovations, an important part of the program was focused on the development of after-sales services and operational capacities, which represent one of the key pillars of the VIVAX business model. Thanks to its developed logistics and service infrastructure, VIVAX ensures a high level of reliability, rapid response and long-term support throughout the entire product life cycle.
The platform as the next step in the development of the VIVAX business model
A special focus of this year's event was on the presentation of the VIVAX digital platform, which represents an important step forward in the further development of the business model and is designed as a digital tool that connects purchasing and installation, with the aim of simplifying the entire process for the end user.
The platform that VIVAX will introduce to the market next month provides customers with a simpler and more transparent experience, while at the same time opening up additional business opportunities for partners – installers and retail channels – by better connecting supply, demand and after-sales services. The platform does not change the roles of existing channels, but connects and improves them, creating a structured and efficient system that brings value to all parties involved.
Strong growth and expansion into EU markets
This year's event was also an opportunity to review the business results achieved in the past period and present plans for further development.
Last year, VIVAX successfully expanded its presence to three new markets – Spain, Greece and Albania – further strengthening its international distribution network and opening up new opportunities for growth, while in 2026, VIVAX is further preparing to expand into two key European markets – Italy and France, with a planned start of operations on January 1, 2027, continuing its systematic and controlled expansion in the EU market.
Speaking about plans for the coming period, Nikolina Žigić, Senior Executive Director in charge of the VIVAX brand, emphasized:
"Last year, we started a new investment cycle and strategically stronger entry into the European Union markets. By opening our own companies in Spain, Greece and Albania, we made an important step forward in the international development of the VIVAX brand, which is today present in 42 countries through a network of more than 4.000 partners. Our approach is based on controlled expansion and building a strong local presence - through our own teams, partner network and logistics and service infrastructure. It is precisely such a model that enables us to achieve long-term and sustainable growth, while maintaining a high level of quality and user experience. In the coming period, we will further invest in the development of the platform and connecting all elements of our business model, with the aim of creating a simpler and more reliable experience for the end user, but also additional value for our partners."
Partnership and joint market development
Along with the professional program organized by Kim Tec CG, the event also provided an opportunity for informal networking of partners, exchange of experiences and strengthening of business relationships. The combination of educational content, technological innovations and business model development makes VIVAX COOL DAY one of the key annual meetings for everyone involved in the development and distribution of HVAC solutions on the regional and European market. Given the continuous development of the product portfolio, the expansion of international presence and investment in digital tools such as the platform, VIVAX continues to build its position as one of the most relevant and long-term sustainable brands in the HVAC industry in the region, but also in Europe.
