20 years - one taste, the taste of Montenegro.

Is Montenegro sweet as a fig, strong as walnuts and honey, warm as the scent of local cuisine, or sophisticated as a glass of wine that carries the story of an enduring tradition?

Or maybe it's all of those things together?

A blend of coasts and mountains, north and south, old recipes and new ideas, family kitchens and modern inspirations.

On the occasion of 20 years of independence, Vijesti is launching a campaign "20 YEARS – ONE TASTE" - the search for a cake that will carry Montenegro within it.

We are looking for more than a recipe. We are looking for a story. We are looking for emotion. We are looking for a bite that reminds us of who we were, who we are today, and what we can be.

If you love to cook, if you keep family recipes, if you experiment in the kitchen or just have an idea that smells like home - this is your moment.

Send us the recipe, a photo, and a short story about your cake. Maybe it's where the flavors of the north and the south, tradition and modernity, simple and innovative, live.

The best cakes will be featured on the Vijesti portal and social networks, where the audience becomes part of the story and votes for their favorites.

The five cakes with the most votes will advance to the grand finale, which will take place on May 20th on the show Boje jutra, where the cakes will be tasted live in front of an expert jury and the audience.

In the end, one cake will become a symbol — a taste that will mark a generation.

Valuable prizes were also provided for the best participants:

  1. 1000eur donated by Adriatic Properties, winner's cake will be served at the opening St. Stephen, then a weekend with breakfast for two at Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort-u
  2. weekend with breakfast for two at Hotel Wulfenia in Kolašin
  3. weekend with breakfast for two at Hotel Krušo in Herceg Novi
  4. education in Inova Gastro Academy
  5. day on The Chedi beach, or use of a cabana at The Rock, and a golf lesson at Lustica bay

Two additional awards will be given for authenticity and virality — for those stories that stand out, even if they don't make it to the finals. They will receive vouchers provided by Organic by Cosmetics worth €150 each.

Applications are open until May 18th.

Maybe your recipe isn't just a cake. Maybe it's the taste of Montenegro.

We also invite restaurants, pastry chefs, and companies from various industries to get involved and support the campaign through additional prizes for participants. Together we can make this story even bigger and more beautiful.

For all information, we are open to cooperation via News marketing team.
