At the opening of the conference, he will speak Nick Djelosaj, Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Policy and Minister of Economy, Nina Drakić, President of the Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro, and Nikola Jovanovic, the President of the Municipality of Budva, followed by a rich program and panels on investments, infrastructure, real estate and tourism on the first day.

This year's RED was attended by some of the most prominent names on the global investment scene.
Among the announced participants are His Excellency Mohammed Ibrahim Al-Shaibani, CEO of the Investment Corporation of Dubai, one of the most powerful sovereign investment institutions in the world, and Mohamed Alabbar, founder of Eagle Hills and the man behind some of today's most recognizable urban projects, from Dubai to Belgrade. This year's edition of the conference is being held under the slogan "Investing at Turning Point", and the focus will be on the new investment cycle in Montenegro and the region, the development of luxury tourism, infrastructure projects, the real estate market and the role of international financial institutions in the economic development of the country.
This year, the RE:D conference brings together investors, decision-makers, financial institutions, developers and public sector representatives, with the aim of opening a conversation about projects and policies that will shape the next phase of development of Montenegro and Southeast Europe.
During the two-day program, participants will discuss how the region can take advantage of the new development momentum, what are the key investment opportunities, and how strategic partnerships can contribute to long-term value creation and strengthening the competitiveness of the destination.
Since its launch in 2024, RE:D has positioned itself as one of the region's most recognizable gatherings of the real estate investment and development community, with a carefully crafted agenda, a strong networking format, and a focus on connecting key stakeholders from different sectors and markets.
