"Entrepreneur of the Year" award, confirmation of the strength and development of the NALL Group

The President of NALL Group, Jovan Lekić, is the winner of the "Entrepreneur of the Year" award for 2025, awarded by the Association of Managers of Montenegro, which once again confirms the continuity of development, stability and business results that NALL Group has been achieving for years.

• At this year's award ceremony, Jovan Lekić emphasized:

"When I was selected as "Entrepreneur of the Year" by the Association of Managers of Montenegro in 2019, I felt honored and at the same time responsible towards the business community for presenting such an important award.

Since the economy and entrepreneurship are my life's commitment, an award where representatives of that same economy show you respect is truly pleasing and makes you proud.

However, that year, the coronavirus deprived us of celebration and socializing, so it was celebrated in the shadow of the pandemic.

However, since life is as unpredictable as the market, with the continuity of good results, I am the winner of the same award for 2025, so this time I have the opportunity to share my satisfaction with the employees. NALL Group and the wider business community, where I also feel best, which fulfills me and makes me happy.

In this context, I sincerely thank AMCG and its president Buda Raičković. I would also like to express my gratitude to the employees NALL Group as well as to my family for their support."

• When asked what inspires him and what are the values ​​that NALL Group strives for, he replied:

"My work and dedication are the result of the belief that we should change our own lives for the better, have a sense of the common good, and be responsible members of society. United in this goal, so that personal and common good give the best result, we create a richer and more socially appropriate society."

That is why I remain convinced that a community that encourages diversity and stimulates knowledge and the development of entrepreneurship creates the foundation for a better life for generations to come.

That is why this award is important, not as a symbol of recognition for an individual or a collective, but as a message that we need to change the perception of the role and importance of private business together, sending a clear message that only with a strong economy can we change things for the better.

I want to believe that, as the most beautiful country in the world, we have yet to show our capabilities and potential, both social and economic.

Let us believe in that, so let us make our Montenegro a place where entrepreneurship will develop, innovations will compete, private initiative will be stimulated and success will be rewarded."
