Nikola Ujkić, winner of the "Manager of the Year in Small Businesses" award

The founder and CEO of Goodfellas Co doo Podgorica, Nikola Ujkić, is the winner of the "Manager of the Year in Small Businesses" award for 2025, awarded by the Association of Managers of Montenegro (AMM), which once again confirms the successful development of the company and its recognizable business approach based on quality, innovation and continuous business improvement.

The AMM annual awards are considered one of the most important business recognitions in Montenegro and are awarded to leaders and companies that achieve notable results, set high professional standards and contribute to the development of the domestic economy and business community. At the ceremony of the tenth anniversary annual awards of the AMM, it was emphasized that the awards represent the affirmation of knowledge, professional integrity and business excellence, as well as support for leaders who contribute to the modernization and strengthening of the Montenegrin economy with their work.
