NALL Group On the occasion of the Independence Day of Montenegro, organized the XVII NALLIJADA, a traditional gathering of employees and their family members.
The event, which has been held for 17 years, brought together more than 400 participants from the following business groups: NALL International, Kuća Hemije drugstore i Women, including Radisson Resort Wind Rose.
Montenegro marked the 20th anniversary of the restoration of independence, and NALL Group has once again shown that love for the country is not just words and important dates, but a socially responsible way of doing business, a relationship with people, and attention to the natural resources that we preserve for generations to come.
That is precisely why NALLIJADA is held in Radisson Resort Wind Rose, one of the rare hotels that operates in accordance with modern world standards for environmental preservation and protection of our Adriatic Sea.
NALLIJADA is a day when different business functions, sectors and generations become part of the same energy.
The turnout of participants at this year's NALLIJADA was great, and they competed in 14 disciplines: creative workshop, beach volleyball, karaoke, basketball, tennis, darts, table tennis, lacrosse, badminton, chess, fitness, football, diving and a children's workshop. Team spirit marked the event, people cheered loudly, celebrated together and once again showed that the most beautiful victories are those that belong to everyone.
NALL Group through NALLIJADA, it especially cherishes family values, because family, support and a sense of belonging are an important part of the culture that the group has been building for years. That is why a special place is given to the youngest participants, who through children's animators, art workshops and recreational programs were part of an event that connects not only teams, but also generations to come.
One of the most solemn moments of NALLIJADA was the awarding of recognition to long-time employees.
For 20 years of work in NALL Group, jubilee plaques and cash prizes in the amount of 10.000 euros each were presented to Vesko Vukčević and Predrag Maraš, because great anniversaries remind us that behind every success there are people who believe in the same goal.
Employees with 10 and 15 years of service were awarded with special recognition and valuable gifts, as an expression of gratitude for their dedication and contribution to the development of the group.
The evening continued with a performance by Rajo Simonović with his band and a concert by Jadranka Barjaktarović, in an atmosphere filled with positive energy, togetherness and pride in another successful NALLIJADA.
Seventeen years of continuity show that NALLIJADA is much more than a traditional gathering. It is then that you see what cannot be measured in numbers: the connection between people, the respect that is built over the years, and the feeling that each individual is an important part of the community.
That's why NALLIJADA remains one of the most important moments of the year for NALL Group, as confirmation that a socially responsible company is built on successful results and love for its country, and lasts thanks to the people who belong to it.
