The organization of the event is a continuation of the cooperation between Coca-Cola HBC Montenegro and the Employment Service of Montenegro, which recently signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the aim of jointly contributing to the empowerment of youth.

The program focuses on practical knowledge and skills that can facilitate their entry into the labor market, starting from recognizing their own potential and strengthening self-confidence, to professionally presenting themselves to the employer, and developing an entrepreneurial mindset.

The workshops in Bijelo Polje and Berane will be led by three lecturers from different fields, whose experiences can help young people to see their own possibilities in a practical way and take concrete steps in their professional development.

The introductory lecture "Career with Purpose - How to Recognize Your Potential and Develop Leadership Skills" will be held by Ivana Malović, an entrepreneur, Master of Economics and career counselor with more than 20 years of experience in leadership development, sales strategies and development training. She will talk about the importance of personal development, career decision-making, and self-confidence and adaptability as competencies that can help young people build their career path more confidently.

The second part will be dedicated to professional presentation and digital identity. Through the lecture "Your digital identity - how to get a job to find you", Bojana Perović, career advisor, consultant and founder of the "Minute to Job" platform, will talk about the modern recruitment process, the most common mistakes of candidates, and the importance of a quality LinkedIn profile, personal branding and online presence in the search for business opportunities.

The final part of the workshop brings the entrepreneurial story of Andrija Mujović, a young craftsman and creative person who preserves and promotes the tradition of Montenegrin folk costumes through the SRMA platform. Through the lecture "How to turn a hobby into a recognizable business", Andrija will share with the participants his experience of how love for tradition, authenticity, discipline and dedication can develop into a sustainable professional and creative path.

As a reminder, Coca-Cola support for youth is part of the socially responsible initiative of Coca-Cola HBC. The program has been implemented since 2016 in all markets where the company operates, with the aim of providing young people with additional knowledge and skills important for the labor market. In cooperation with the Employment Service of Montenegro, the initiative is further strengthened by directing support to local communities, where employment incentives are particularly important.
