With this concert, Portonovi begins its collaboration with Herceg Fest, one of the most important and longest-running cultural festivals in Herceg Novi. Perpetuum Jazzile has gained an international reputation for its unique interpretations in which they create the sound of a full orchestra using only human voices, which is why their performances have been delighting audiences around the world for years.
One of Portonovo's favorite summer traditions returns on Saturday, July 25th. Sixth edition Portonovi Wine Evenings brings a completely new atmosphere. In collaboration with long-time partner Compania de Vinos Montenegro, this year's theme, Night under Masks, brings an elegant evening inspired by mystery, and on this occasion an elegant dress code in black and white is planned, and all visitors will receive appropriate masks at the entrance. The wine part of the program will be in charge of renowned regional wineries with carefully selected international wine labels, while the atmosphere will be completed by a saxophonist's performance, music by the Klasa string ensemble, as well as a DJ program.
The very next day, a series of events will begin to mark seven years of Porton - a seven-day celebration of the development of the destination, the community that makes it up, and the people who are part of its creation.
The program begins on Sunday, July 26, at 8:30 p.m., with the opening contemporary art exhibitions organized in cooperation with the Pizana Gallery, at the Portonovo Conference Center. Visitors will have the opportunity to view the works of prominent Montenegrin artists Sonja Đuranović and Roman Đuranović. The grand opening of the exhibition will be an opportunity for the audience to meet the artists and enjoy the musical program. The exhibition will be open daily until August 2, from 18 to 23 p.m., and all exhibited works will be available for purchase.
On Monday, July 27th, art leaves the gallery and becomes part of the resort through Boka on Canvas event, which will take place from 7 to 9:30 p.m. Seven artists will paint live at seven different locations throughout Portonovo, while visitors will be able to follow the creation of each work, from the first brushstroke to the finished painting. The youngest can expect a Children's Art Zone in Central Park, with creative workshops and collaborative art activities, while performances by violinists and saxophonists will further enhance the atmosphere throughout the destination.
The program continues on Wednesday, July 29th, with an event Active Portonovi, organized in collaboration with the One&Only Portonovi hotel team. Inspired by the destination's seventh anniversary, seven interesting fitness challenges await you with a DJ performance and a unique helipad setting overlooking the Bay of Kotor, creating an extraordinary outdoor exercise experience. The program is adapted to all levels of physical fitness.
On Saturday, August 1st, a performance will be held at Vista Square Bohemian work Giacomo Puccini, providing the audience with a unique opportunity to experience one of the most famous operatic works of all time under the open sky, which will mark the beginning of cooperation with the Operosa Montenegro Opera Festival.
Training continues throughout the summer. outdoor yoga, which are held every Wednesday at the helipad, providing a great opportunity to balance body and mind.
