What does it really mean to make sustainable decisions? Do they start in boardrooms, urban plans, investment funds, or in the way we talk to people?

The answers to these questions will be offered by six keynote lectures that will mark the substantive part of the program. Each of them talks about sustainability from a different angle and shows that it is not just a topic of business strategies, but the way we make decisions in the community and in everyday life.

The substantive part of the conference, after the introductory speeches, will open with Prof. Dr. Nenad Vujadinović, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, University of Donja Gorica and member of the OSCE expert team, with a lecture "Leadership and the environment or: Do we always know exactly who we are working with?". Through a topic that connects psychology, perception, and relationships in teams, he will talk about how the environment shapes trust, decision-making, and the quality of leadership.

How sustainable ideas grow into concrete development projects and investments will be shown. Nemanja Pekovic, Assistant Director of the Eco-Fund, in a keynote lecture "Green ideas - sustainable investments", dedicated to financing the green transition and the opportunities it opens for Montenegro.

It will bring an international perspective Maria Broman, Swedish architect and CEO of Semrén & Månsson International, author of the concept of the Boka Verde project in Tivat. In the lecture "Architecture for long-term value: Swedish experience, local knowledge and common challenges" will show how the Scandinavian experience of sustainable urban development can be connected to the local needs and challenges of the region.

One of the important social dimensions of sustainability will be opened Anja Stanisic, founder of the Fempower and Fempiria platforms, in a lecture "From women's empowerment to economic power. Freedom has a price. And income.", in which she will show how women's financial independence becomes a driver of economic development and long-term social sustainability.

A special focus on the new generation brings Dr. Ana Mirkovic, director of the Institute for Digital Communications and professor at the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Organizational Studies EDUKA. Through the keynote "Generation Z, values and sustainability" will explore why trust, psychological safety, and transparent communication have become key factors for a generation that expects much more from employers and brands than just a good product or workplace.

The keynote lecture program will round off Branko Krsmanovic, CEO of City&Me, presenting a digital solution that connects citizens, local governments and the economy. Through the lecture "City&Me: Your city. Your influence" will show how technology, gamification and active citizen participation can bring sustainability closer to everyday life and turn good intentions into concrete actions.

Although they come from different fields, the speakers are united by a common idea - that sustainability is not a set of separate policies, but a way of thinking that shapes leadership, investments, city development, business decisions and the quality of life of a community.

The keynote lectures are part of the conference "Sustainable Leadership: From Decision to Impact", organized by Vijesti, with the support of the Ministry of Energy and Mining, the Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Northern Development, the Media Development Investment Fund (MDIF), MK Group and Menzies Aviation.
