Lovćen Banka AD was awarded the special distinction "Issuer of the Year" in the free market category. This is an award that was given to issuers on the Montenegrin market for the first time this year by the Capital Market Commission.
According to the Commission's assessment, Lovćen banka stood out with responsible business operations and quality practices relevant to the further development of the capital market, demonstrating exceptional transparency of reporting and high standards of corporate governance.
This special recognition was presented to Miloš Miketić, President of the Bank's Board of Directors, by Željko Drinčić, President of the Capital Market Commission, as part of the Fourth International Conference "Montenegro Financial Markets".
