Keković Estate Winery, which entered the market just three and a half years ago, has achieved incredible success by winning a total of 38 awards at the most prestigious international wine competitions, including Decanter, Mundus Vini, CWSA, AWC Vienna, Balkan International Wine Competition, Paris Wine Cupand Concours Mondial de Bruxelles.
A particularly notable success was achieved this year at the renowned Mundus Vini competition, where all five submitted wines received medals – four gold and one silver. Gold medals were awarded to Radovan 2020, Merlot 2020, Sauvignon Blanc 2024, and Vranac 2022, while Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 won silver.

Mundus Vini, one of the most important wine competitions in the world, has been held in Memmingen, Germany, since 2001. Each year, more than 12,000 wines from 46 countries are judged at this prestigious event, which makes Keković Estate’s success even more impressive.
Although the Keković family has been making wine for more than four decades, the Keković Estate brand was officially established in 2018 with the founding of Keković Estate CO d.o.o, while the first products were launched in 2021. Today, the winery is among the fastest-growing in Montenegro. Starting in 2019 with a modest production of 5,500 bottles, they have, through dedicated work and a clear vision, increased production to 50,000 bottles and 85 tons of processed grapes by 2023.

Currently, there are nine wine labels from Keković Estate on the market: Chardonnay, Rosé, Sauvignon Blanc, Vranac, Merlot, Radovan, Kratošija, Cabernet Sauvignon, and the premium label Vranac Limited. When they first launched, they had only three labels, which further highlights their rapid development and expansion.
Keković Estate is not only a wine producer but also a center of wine tourism in Montenegro. Since 2023, just 10 kilometers from downtown Podgorica, visitors can enjoy various tasting formats. The experience begins with a tour through the wine-making process, and tastings can be organized with snacks, buffets, or high-end fine dining, where food is carefully paired with wine. All offerings emphasize authenticity and quality, using exclusively Montenegrin products, and the winery actively supports local rural households, especially from its surrounding area.
One of the most original projects launched by Keković Estate is the educational format "Wine School", the first of its kind in Montenegro. This program allows participants to gain knowledge about viticulture, wine production, the art of tasting, and wine etiquette, while raising awareness of wine culture. In the past year, more than 150 participants have completed the Wine School, while the winery has welcomed over 1,500 visitors in all formats.

The ambitious journey of Keković Estate Winery is far from over. Over the next two years, the winery plans to intensify its presence at wine fairs and exhibitions across the region, with the strategic goal of firmly establishing itself in regional markets by 2026.
