Guest satisfaction with Budva has been rated a high 85 out of 100, according to an online reputation measurement conducted as part of the Integrated Destination Quality Management project, implemented by the National Tourism Organization of Montenegro in cooperation with the local tourism organization of Budva and the company Feel IQM.

“The measurement includes 300 establishments in Budva, providing insight into guest perceptions and key aspects of the tourism offer, thus offering a detailed overview of guest satisfaction. According to the 2024 data, guest satisfaction in Budva was rated 85 out of 100, based on 56,678 reviews, with a review volume increase of just over 6% compared to 2023. The response rate to reviews stands at 23%, indicating room for improvement in communication with guests. Hotels in Budva received a rating of 86 out of 100, based on 24,876 reviews. Guests particularly appreciated the service, cleanliness, and outdoor activities, while improvements were suggested in fitness offerings and Wi-Fi quality. Notably, the response rate to reviews has increased by 30%,” stated TO Budva.

Private accommodation was also highly rated, with 88 out of 100 based on 2,520 reviews, and a 20% increase in review volume compared to the previous year.

“Restaurants in Budva received a score of 82 out of 100 based on 21,084 reviews, marking a 30% increase compared to 2023. Guests especially praised the ambiance and food quality, while there is noted potential for improving the price-to-quality ratio. Campsites were rated 85/100, while hostels received a high score of 93/100. Budva’s attractions achieved a score of 89 out of 100, based on 2,051 reviews, further confirming their importance in the city’s tourism offer. The analysis shows that visitors particularly value Budva’s natural beauty, variety of activities, and quality of service. To ensure continuous growth and improvement in tourism quality, the National Tourism Organization of Montenegro, in collaboration with the Budva Tourism Organization and Feel IQM, is inviting businesses to apply for the ‘Montenegro Quality’ label,” TO Budva emphasized.

“Interested parties can take part in a personalized marketing analysis with improvement recommendations, as well as receive online reputation reports and quality of service assessments. We remind that Feel IQM, the company implementing this project for the NTO of Montenegro, is an affiliated member of the World Tourism Organization and the World Travel & Tourism Council, and has led numerous award-winning projects worldwide. This project introduces a comprehensive quality analysis across all segments of the tourism offer, conducted for the first time in our country, aiming to raise the overall quality of services and products in tourism,” the statement concludes.
