Continuation of the Fourth Session of the Municipal Assembly (SO) Bar had one item on the agenda - election and appointments, and the post-election parts and distribution of the cake in the ruling coalition were not agreed upon and we had to wait a month for the session to continue, it was announced today from the Club of Councilors of Democratic Montenegro in SO Bar.
"The material for the session, that is, for this item on the agenda, was received by the councilors on the day of the session, with a delay of half an hour. There are a large number of names from the wish list of the ruling parties. We do not know anything about the majority of the proposed people, and they are exactly what we need. to be responsible for the functioning of our city. And it all took a few minutes to agree and go home. The great return of Zarija Franović, that is, the award for the now former member of the OO DPS Bar, the recently dismissed director of Luka Bar, is a proposal and a choice in the Board of Directors of Communal Services Ltd. Bar. This shows that there is no one better than Zarija in the DPS," states the announcement of the Bar Democrats.
They added that a Commission for the selection of cultural heritage valorization projects has been appointed, which will include Anastazija Miranović, otherwise well known for the "valorization" of the Kotor coast and the construction of the Verige 65 restaurant.
"Looking at it this way, we can expect the valorization of the Old Bar and the eventual construction of a spa center in it. By the way, the last Commission spent zero euros out of the 60.000 euros allocated for this purpose in 2017. When it comes to the Commission for financing sports clubs, we hope that the newly elected team will not work as before. Let us remind you that the competition for the distribution of funds that was announced for 2016 was cancelled, and it was for 260.000 euros. In 2017, two members of this commission did not sign the document on the distribution of funds, the amount in question is 350.000 euros, which indicates that no one could get the money, at least not in a legal way. The question arises, where and to whom did 610.000 euros of the money of the citizens of Bar go?", denied the Club of Democratic Montenegro Bar .
They also state that the overlapping of functions occurred in the proposal of members of the Board of Directors of Water and Sewerage Ltd. Bar, Nedeljka Orlandić, otherwise the current director of Municipal Services Ltd. and Bećir Berjašević, director of the Elementary School in Ostros.
"The practice of satisfying the post-election political appetites of the ruling parties continues. The goal is obviously not for those who will occupy certain responsible positions in the companies founded by the Municipality of Bar to contribute to their progress, but simply to fulfill the wishes of the ruling parties and their deserving members. While the DPS and their satellite parties, which keep them in power, that's how it will be. The Democrats promise them, not for long," said the Bar Democrats.
