The European Space Agency (ESA) recently released a stunning mosaic of photos of Africa taken by the Sentinel-2A satellite.
Most of the images were taken between December 2015 and April 2016, and the final 32 TB photo covers the entire African continent, which covers an area of about 30 million square kilometers.
Only the Great African Lakes, including Victoria and Tanganyika, were omitted due to heavy cloud cover during filming.
The mosaic was presented at the 'Living Planet' symposium in Prague, Czech Republic.
The photo can be enlarged by clicking, and the recording is in high resolution you can download it on the ESA website.
