Arrested man from Podgorica: physically attacked a fellow citizen?

RA (21) from Podgorica was arrested on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of grievous bodily harm to the detriment of AA (21) from Podgorica.

"The police were previously informed by the employees of the Emergency Block of KCCG that a person with injuries from violence was admitted for medical assistance. After the measures and actions taken, the police officers came to suspect that the RA had physically attacked and inflicted several blows in the head area and of the body of the injured AA, who on that occasion suffered serious physical injuries in the form of a fracture of the lower jaw, which were noted by the doctor," the Police Directorate announced.
