For all Windows 10 users and those who are thinking of becoming one, the first major upgrade for that operating system is available.
Microsoft announced the information via its official blog, which is about "improvements in all aspects of the platform and experience, including thousands of partners upgrading their drivers and applications for excellent Windows 10 compatibility."
The main changes that Microsoft states are improved performance and up to 30 percent faster booting of the operating system compared to Windows 7, Cortana works better and is available in a few more countries (not here) and the Edge browser has better performance and security, writes Bug. hr.
Of the rest, other Microsoft applications have been improved - Mail, Calendar, Photos, Groove, Xbox, Store, OneNote, Solitaire and many others.
With this upgrade, Microsoft has decided that their operating system has matured enough to recommend it to large organizations. For the sake of business people, two free services have been launched - Windows Update for Business and Windows Store for Business - and for their needs, protection has been significantly improved.
