Sunny and warm days in most cases make us think about our appearance. Even in that case, today we can reach for a smartphone, and on the Google Market we can find many applications that can help us keep in shape.
Starting from applications that offer you a complete daily workout, through those where you will find exercises for a specific part of the body or even a diary that records the kilometers you have covered by running, Google Market offers equally interesting content for both sexes.
Depending on your personal interests, most of these apps can be fun as well as useful in the sense that you can exercise discipline outside of the fitness center or gym.
But according to the advice of experts, the most important thing is to choose content signed by professionals.
"Whatever we do during the day, we reach for our smartphone, we google, we are looking for some more information... When I started doing this job, the first book that I clung to was 'Sports Training', and then we hardly had access to a tape of Jane Fonda or Cindy Carford... Nowadays we have the Internet, but I'm still not in favor of blindly following everything we see online, it's not enough that a person looks good and has perfect abs, but still needs to be a rapper for something called proper," physical education professor and fitness instructor Aleksandra Ražnatović tells M:tech.
The handful of information that the Internet offers us today, on the other hand, also makes the work of instructors easier, but only up to certain limits.
"For me, as an instructor and professor, it gives me a certain refreshment, some new ideas, like some icing on the cake, but the knowledge base must still be in school, in experience..." says Ražnatović.
