The Higher Court in Podgorica confirmed the verdict by which Dragoljub Bakočević was sentenced to one year in prison for threatening the judge of the Higher Court in Podgorica Dragica Vuković and the prosecutor Vesna Jovićević.
Podgorica Basic Court judge Larisa Mijušković-Stamatović convicted Bakočević of assault on an official, because at the end of March, after his release from prison, he sent a message to Assistant Minister of Justice Slavica Rabrenović with threats directed at the judge and the prosecutor who acted in the proceedings before the High Court. by the court.
Bakočević was previously convicted several times, the last time for the murder of his neighbor Boban Stojković. For this he was sentenced to 12 years.
