"Fog lights are white or yellow in color and illuminate the road for a length of 35 meters, which means that visibility is very poor and that one must reduce speed and increase caution and attention," warns Mirko-Bato Đurović, traffic safety expert. Although it does not belong to the road lighting group, it is very important because as important as it is for you to see the road in front of you, it is just as important for other drivers to see you. In case your vehicle does not has fog lights, be sure to use dipped headlights, because the high beams will blind you completely, and it is also recommended to turn on all four turn signals. Be sure to keep a greater distance from the vehicle in front. Many drivers have the habit of practically "sticking" themselves to the bumper of a moving car in front to follow the road more easily.

However, this is very risky, because even the driver in front does not have good visibility. These are the situations when there are chain collisions in the fog. "If the driver is not 100 percent sure that he is capable of driving a motor vehicle, he should turn it off.
