The Podgorica police shed light on 10 property crime crimes committed in the previous two days, the Police Administration announced.
The announcement adds that three people suspected of having committed these crimes in the Podgorica area were arrested - one person is suspected of committing theft, another of aggravated theft, while the third person is suspected of having committed eight aggravated thefts.
"EF (18) from Podgorica is suspected of committing these eight serious thefts. He is suspected of having committed seven of these crimes on the night between June 11 and 12, while one is suspected to have been committed on the night of 12 . and on June 13 of this year. He was arrested today. It is suspected that EF committed criminal acts to the detriment of several legal entities, including private health institutions, boutiques and cafes, from which, together with two other persons whose identities are known to the police , after overcoming obstacles and breaking into buildings, stole around 2.200 euros, three mobile phones and a wardrobe," the Police Administration announced.
The announcement states that JV (27) from Podgorica is suspected of having committed serious theft in that on June 11, 2018, together with another person whose identification is being worked on, he broke into the property of the company CEDIS from the warehouse, after breaking the door, stole about 20 meters of copper cable.
The police administration said that the suspect for the theft is EL (26) from Podgorica who, as suspected, jumped over the wall that fenced the yard of the family house of the victim D.Š on June 11, 2018, and then stole four refrigerators from the yard from the engine, four arms from the engine for the "Audi" vehicle and the crankcase for the "VW Golf IV" vehicle.
"All three persons have been brought before the competent prosecutor, due to the well-founded suspicion that they have committed the above-mentioned criminal acts," concludes the statement of the Police Administration.
